The flexworker you hire through Connect:
- has to earn at least the minimum wage in accordance with the Hospitality CLA
- is not allowed to earn less than your fixed employee in the same position with comparable work experiences;
- the age of the flexworker on the start date of the shift is taken into account when setting the minimum wage for the hired shift.
The minimum wage is defined in the document 'Loontabellen met jeugd- en uurlonen per 1 januari 2020' (Wage tables with youth and hourly wages as of January 1st, 2020) from Koninklijke Horeca Nederland. Fase 2 in this table is leading when it comes to calculating the minimum wage in L1NDA Connect.
If a worker applies for a shift that is entitled to a higher minimum wage than you have offered, L1NDA Connect will show how much hourly wage is added to the offered hourly wage. So no surprises afterwards!
