If you are unable to log in
- Open the Wagestream app.
- Enter your Email.
- Tap Next.
- Under "Log in", tap Request a new password.
NOTE: If you have already performed these steps and are still having an issue, or have not received a 'New password reset' email from us, please contact our Support Team and we'd be happy to help.
If you are still able to log in
- Log in to the Wagestream App.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Change password.
- Enter your Current password.
- Input a New password.Passwords must be 8 characters in length, cannot use special characters, and must differ from the last password used.
- Confirm new password.
- Tap Set Password.
