If you are unable to log in

  1. Open the Wagestream app.
  2. Enter your Email.
  3. Tap Next.
  4. Under "Log in", tap Request a new password.
    NOTE: If you have already performed these steps and are still having an issue, or have not received a 'New password reset' email from us, please contact our Support Team and we'd be happy to help.

If you are still able to log in

  1. Log in to the Wagestream App.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Tap Change password.
  4. Enter your Current password.
  5. Input a New password.Passwords must be 8 characters in length, cannot use special characters, and must differ from the last password used.
  6. Confirm new password.
  7. Tap Set Password.
